While we do not offer refunds on fireworks, we do back our products with a replacement guarantee.

If an item does not perform to it's intended standard- we will replace that item with the same item if still available or a similar item if an exact replacement is not available.

 

Simply take a picture or return the item in a safe condition so we can assess the cause of the failure.
